But Czeslawa consoles her: " Nuwr Yasmeen must take Darfur's candle of memory to all the children of genocide. Waken each tender soul to light their candle by yours. Nuwr is memory, the potent voice of the dead speaking to the living. Nuwr is the candle of the soul fragile against Auschwitz, against genocide."
